Headlight condensation!!!
Tell them to get one on order, and then park it head first into the sun to get the moisture out. There's a seal gone bad somewhere on that lens that will need to be found. Might be something you can see with the hood up and looking around at where the lens is fixed to the housing.
There's a section in the iguide about condensation also
EXTERIOR LIGHTS CONDENSATION
Condensation in the headlights, direction indicators, or rear lights is a natural phenomenon.
Condensation can occur under certain atmospheric conditions or after washing the vehicle. The performance and life expectancy of the lights is not affected.
Condensation should partially or completely clear, with regular use of the lights, within 48 hours of dry atmospheric conditions.
LED lights distribute less heat towards the outer lens than halogen or xenon lights. In extreme conditions, LED lights may take longer to clear, but this is not detrimental to the performance of the light.

Took it to the dealer today, basically told me that they would not take the chance on warranty as JLR has denied too many headlamps with condensation siting that it is normal. I am calling the customer support number tomorrow. Also planning to try a different dealer. Mine has gotten worse.
Perhaps you pull the headlight out, fill the housing up with water through one of the holes (there must be bulb access ports on the rear or something, yes?), reinstall it, and take it to the dealer 2/3's full of sloshing water. They'd have no way of denying that.
