This is a great thread btw. As a house that had both a Defender and a Bronco (rear ended and totalled), you dodged a bullet and made a great choice.

​​​​​​Iif you're getting it at sticker, don't let it go. After 5100 miles the insurance check was $20k over sticker. One local Ford dealer here is buying every (used) one they can get to ship to Dubai at ridiculous prices.

I have $1200 below invoice pricing and $6500 in price protection.

 

Same, $2k below and they kept giving us more for all the problems we had with it.

When this got totalled I called a few dealers to get back on the list but order books were closed for several months. They opened orders last Monday with the expectation that they would close again in 2 or 3 days. Idk if that happened but there's still a lot of demand for them.
