Leaving ALL the "legalese" aside, and expert opinions and stuff ( yeah, I know some are lawyers here and all that ) but let's go back to the point of this post.
People in that Defender survived ok.
A lot of luck and divine intervention was involved into that rollover, but nonetheless it is an impressive outcome !

I am still shocked people have no clue what no passing on the right means, which is the shoulder on backroads. It does not apply in any way to multi-lane highways. This is literally how its taught in driver ed, but clearly people blur it out of their heads. With that said, stupid to overtake at those speeds anyway.

Agree, @DakotaTravler - I think we are all impressed and now grateful to be driving a Defender. For all the witching I do about some aspects of my beloved Land Rover product, they nailed the important one!

Just saw the vehicle on Copart: Link. As usual, @_Allegedly is way ahead of me and I think posted pics already.
When I saw the pics, the hair (the few remaining) on the back of my head stood up. Incredible how well they were protected in that event. Super glad they were able to walk away.
