Default Hold air overnight?

Do your defenders “sag” overnight when parked? Mine seems to droop 1” or so but comes back immediately when started. Anyone else?

Sounds like your “Access Height” setting on Auto.

From the manual:“The vehicle can be configured to enter access height automatically via the touchscreen. To enable the auto access feature:
  1. Press the settings icon. See TOUCHSCREEN HOME MENU.
  2. Select ALL.
  3. Select Vehicle.
  4. Select Convenience.
  5. Select Vehicle access.
  6. Touch the Auto access height toggle.
The auto access feature lowers the vehicle by up to 0.8 inches (20 mm) when either:
  • The vehicle’s ignition is switched off.
  • The vehicle is stationary and an occupied seat belt is unbuckled.”

Are you parked on level ground?

Flat as can be. I have the Johnson lift rods. Wondering if lifted vehicles don’t hold all the excess air for longer durations

I'd try a test. Park, then knock the suspensions down to access height. After a few seconds, raise them back up to normal height, wait a minute or two for the suspensions to settle and the compressor to stop running, then turn off the engine. The following morning, see if the front end is sagging again and pops up when you restart the car. If it's again an inch or more, I'd get it checked for leaks. Small self leveling can and will occur overnight (just your and your passengers' body and weight exiting the car after you park may result in a correction, and EAS can only level downward if the engine is not running), but it should be minimal and normally affects all four corners, not just the front end - unless you are parked on an incline, which you are not.

I have lift rods, and have had them on previous rovers and they don't lose air or height overnight.

Mine does this but is inconsistent. I will try and make note of it. I swear a few days ago it was either the rear or all four corners, then most recently it seemed like it was just the front.

well I tried the test 6 hours ago. The two fronts have lost about 1/3” of height. Rears have remained constant. Going to see what happens overnight. Tomorrow, I’m going to put it at access height and see what happens. Since someone else is seeing the same thing, im wondering if this is normal.

Odd, I fired up mine this morning and the front raised up for the first time after sitting overnight. I was in normal height when parked - I have deployed side steps so I turned off the auto access height.
