I can't find the thread with the Defender but here's one, albeit with far less detail, for a Taycan. Also in Brazil. This was Kevlar (as was the Defender) so they're good for lighter rounds and more common stoplight robberies.
I'm Florida AF so I'm obligated to say muh Kel-Tec AR-10 bullpup (proudly made in Cocoa Beach, FL) would penetrate.
This eBay Defender seems to be steel plate so you would seemingly need a .50 cal to get through. Somebody was serious about their trips to Mexico.
Living in Florida, you meet a few monied Brazilians who will tell you this is fairly common there in areas like Rio.

It's impressive that the Defender front windows actually roll down at 4cm thick. Doesn't seem to say how far down but that's jewelry store & embassy level glass.
