Just for fun

As 4Corsa said, I’ll probably order mine when the time comes and let it come in before deciding if I want to keep it or the Defender. We’ll see. When I first got on the list with my deposit I was Ineos’s to lose — if the Grenadier was anything like what I expected I would keep it and unload the LR. But I’ve grown to like the LR more and more in the ensuing months, to where I’m spoiled with the on-road manners, the auto-squat upon removing the key, the way the electronics handle uphill starts in loose gravel (go ahead, give it all the beans you want; the truck just ignores you and starts off with nary a rock thrown, making near perfect use of available traction.)
I think I’ll still keep the Ineos, if for no other reason than I enjoy modifying trucks and there’s precious little I can or want to do to the Defender, and most of that is already done (18s and a winch). The Grenadier seems Jeep-like in it’s susceptibility to mods.
But if I do that I think I will be turning loose of the 110 with a lot more reluctance than I’d have thought four months ago.
