Good info, thanks! Yeah, I have the Zeon 10S on my Jeep and it's the best winch I've ever had, by a good margin. Pretty easy install, given the easy-to-access aftermarket bumper. But the Defender looks like a bear to install. But $4700 for the winch and tray? Did I read that right??? I think I paid $1200 for the winch. Must be a mighty fancy tray. 
I will be installing them both at the same time to avoid removing the bumper twice. IF AND WHEN my dealer can order them .....

I installed my winch, and it was considerably more work than I anticipated, but with the correct tools was able to knock it out on a Saturday

Well, that's not too bad. I think it took me that long the first time I ever did one, on a stock Jeep bumper. I'm sure this job is much more involved.
