@clubguy - Do you have any links/sources of folks who have totaled theirs? I, too, am amazed at what causes these things to be "totaled". Just unbelievable how little it takes to have them written off. Sadly, I think my insurance premiums are likely to get "adjusted" once the volume of these hit the underwriter's algorithms. Anyway, I'd love to get more parts from the salvage market, but for the life of me I don't understand where all the Copart and other salvage vehicles are going. I'm sure a large portion go to the Goonzquad or like minded rebuilders. The prices on Coparts are STEEP, but I'm sure it's another result of Supply/Demand going on right now. But that still leaves many to be picked up by salvage shops breaking them down for parts resales. The only ones I see are from perhaps one Defender that's on e-bay by the Parts-Link folks. Are there other sites you visit? Maybe @Mark1107 can point to some other sources as well. He's a master of finding "stuff". Most of his pics are from e-bay (US/UK), but wondering if there are others out in the interwebs.

Center console or are you looking for the jump seat? I still have the Center console for sale.

 

Our mechanics tried for 5 hrs to switch a jump seat with a standard console without success. There is a difference in wire looms and airbags, electrics etc that make it too hard. Learn to live with it as I have and you will find it comes in useful.
