Default Land Rover UK handover process

I just picked up my new 110 yesterday from Sytner Land Rover. Absolutely LOVE it so far!

One thing I was surprised about was that during the (very short) handover all we were given were the keys. No paperwork whatsoever. Is this the normal process? In the past when buying a Land Rover there used to be a weighty leather binder full of all kinds of useful information.

I'm left feeling quite in the dark about service schedules, how the tracker subscription works, other subscriptions? Land Rover Assist details, warranty information... general vehicle info etc.

...or perhaps this all exists online somewhere and they just forgot to tell me?!

l received no paperwork with my new Defender, also from Sytner, just the keys.
The salesman showed me to the vehicle in the car park and left me to it, in the rain. Not for me the dealership's undercover handover area with tea and biscuits.

Fourteen months later l am still trying to get a copy of the order, and invoice. Apparently it's been "emailed to me" on a number of occasions but l've never received it.

There was no longer an owners handbook either, it's downloaded online. And no service book, apparently it's "digital"
