Default Lucky8?? Anyone do business with them?

I placed two orders that still have not shipped, hard to get someone on the phone. Paid for overnight shipping last week. Feel like this is going to be a dispute with the bank. Anyone else have experiences?

They are generally very good. They post around here and many have purchased parts from them including me. I'm guessing holiday time?
I'd give then a call again

PHONE: 716-898-8153

A bit of an over reaction don’t ya think. Lucky8 is a great company with a stellar reputation. You ordered your parts right before a long holiday weekend. Credit card dispute? OMG. I would be willing to bet lucky8 gave their employees Monday and Tuesday off and probably half the employees took friday off as well. I know mine did. Lucky8 is a smaller company and in my opinion has worked hard for their reputation.

thank you for your experience with Lucky8. However when a company rep tells me one thing and it doesn’t happen, being my first interaction, not an overreaction. Simply asking what everyone’s personal experience has been. The confrontational tone isn’t needed.

MackT83,
confrontation not intended and apologizes forwarded. How about I restate my experience with Lucky8. I have made two different purchases from Lucky8 and have not had an issue. If you find out the reason behind late shipping let us know.

As many of us have dealt with Lucky8 and many know Justin the founder and owner personally as he's a very active part of the LR scene, it's more like we're sticking up for one of our own. I'd say that the title to this thread and 3rd sentence in your op is where the tone was set.

I get your frustration as you paid for overnight, so you obviously wanted or needed whatever it was fast. Give them a chance to make it right.

Thanks for the replies, the shipment is underway. Bit of a shaky first experience but nice to know they're reputable.

I found them good and responsive and I’m in New Zealand.

Default They will always do the right thing.

I have had a few interactions with them and always have been very helpful and willing to work with me. I suggest you ask for the overnight shipping cost to be returned? They are fair and very knowledgeable and frankly good people. I have never met them but just by the way they talk and listen to you on the phone and tried to help you out with whatever you need. Good luck.

I ordered a set of rear tow loops from them. They apparently sent it via USPS uninsured (not even priority mail which I think has some insurance on it). And USPS lost them somewhere in upstate NY. Lucky8 wasn’t super helpful or great with communicating. Totally not their fault that USPS lost it, but I would have preferred to spend a couple extra bucks to have it sent insured.
