What was your build and delivery dates? I'm seeing a lot of folks get their vehicles sooner than projected but they're all east coast.
It was ordered on 2/28 and I picked it up on 7/3 So basically 4 months

From my notes, the ship left Zeebrugge on 5/16 then Southampton on 5/22. Reached Panama Canal on 6/03, arrived at the San Diego port on 6/12 and then finally Hueneme Port on 6/15

The part I'm unsure on is if my defender was loaded on the ship in Belgium or Germany.

Your salesperson can share a lot of info to you, they get it on Vista2

The overall prediction was really accurate for timing. In my case things slowed down to enter the Panama Canal, I'm sure there is a waiting line and probably security/customs clearance needed, once it reached its final port then it's subject to customs clearance and if other prep work is needed. I think it then took a couple of days for a truck to be assigned (to bring it up I-5 to Seattle). When it arrived at the dealer my salesperson took photos for me when it was unloaded, as it was the weekend the PDI was done on the Monday, and I picked it up that evening. Next day was July 4th and the dealership was closed.

This was similar to my timeline. Departed Germany on June 8, arrived in Southampton on Jun 18, arrived at the Panama Canal on June 30, arrived in San Diego on July 8. It’s scheduled to arrive my Colorado Springs dealer on July 28. I’m assuming they will be doing stuff at the port and then trucking from there. Is there anyway to track the truck? Also, I ordered with extended wheel arches, mud flaps and side rails. Are those installed at the factory, port or dealer? How long does PDI take once it gets to the dealer? Getting excited!

Depends. Most of the option packs listed first in the builder are extra ("excessive"?) dealer markup and either PI (port) or dealer installed. Almost everything else is factory.

This can vary if something you ordered was out of stock at the factory.

There is no way to track the vehicle once it is released from custom. Mine sat two weeks in Baltimore / Sparrow's Point and then showed up 48 hours after loaded on a truck.

PDI is about an hour plus time to wash and clean. I wouldn't call it detail...

Look at your build sheet, anything listed in option section will be installed at factory.
I ordered explorer package, port didn't do it, so dealer has to do it
