Which is worse, "severely impacted, limited availability" or "delays may continue 9-12mos"? Does delay mean nothing available until then? Limited availability mean that some will be available?

 

It is marketing trying to cope with manufacturing telling them they basically have no idea.

 

I put in an order on a '23 about 2 weeks ago for an X-Dynamic. Dropped by the dealer today to make a few changes to the build and I got a build and delivery date!

Build date: 2/11/22
Delivery date: 4/29/22

The sales guy was a bit confused and felt like it was some kind of error. So we'll see! Hopefully everyone else starts getting build dates soon.

 

that’s odd did someone cancel their order and you took their spot ? Which dealer was this btw

 

No idea what happened but I'll take it! Dealership in Scottsdale Arizona. Sales guy was shocked as well.

I have the same build date!
But as I'm in Germany delivery is planned for March 4th.
As we order car totally from scratch/individually we have to wait 7-9 month.
Dealer told me that one day the order could be placed and did get a that build date.
I hope it'll be build and not canceled ....
Hope we both get lucky on Feb 11th...

 

My Partner ordered in July 2021. Got a Delivery Date (24. December). Nothing happened.... the delivery Date is now somewhere in April

but i think they will postpone again...🤐

 

I had a '22 ordered in July of last year - the pushed to a '23. Then they told me they just weren't making any of the 2-doors right now so highly likely it wasn't coming with any of their allocations.
I ended up dumping it and getting a 4 door...and I LOVE it!

 

Placed my order mid September for a 110 V8 and just found out this morning that the ETA is May 29th!!
So happy since I didn't have any hope to get it before August, with all the delays happening.
We shall see!!
