Anyone else had some luck with this? At least I’m glad to know I’m not alone here. It seems to get worse in the cold.

I have it too, 2023 D90 P400 X-Dynamic SE.

Mine only hakes this cracking/creaking/click sound if either front window is open slightly and I drive over a road imperfection. The sound I'm hearing is absolutely not rubber moulding related, its plastic or metal.

I have the same sound but only hear it for the first 10 minutes of driving....after it warms up the sound seems to go away. I think its also from the grab handles and makes a slight clicking noise

I had something similar. I isolated it to the metal bar on the driver’s side that latches to the rear seats when they are folded up.

try laying your rear seats flat and see if it goes away.

I fixed it by jamming some paper in there! Can show pics of what I did if folding seats flat fixed it for you.

Wow, I actually had the rattles behind the driver side door until I folded my seats down and now it’s gone. Hadn't connected the two things, assumed “it just went away” but that doesn’t make much sense.

I'll try laying my rear seat down to see if that helps but I'm pretty sure my clicking cracking creaking (whatever we want to call it) sound is coming from the window frame area.

Sadly, no dice with the rear seats folded completely flat. Noise is still there, definitely think it’s coming from the headliner.

If it is indeed coming from the headliner or something under the headliner, I'm wondering why the noise only occurs with the windows slightly open. At least thats how it is with my 90.
