Default MUDD FLAPS and SWR COVER

I ordered and received my SWR kit (spare wheel delete kit) and I am now thinking of mud flaps. Anyone know how easy or hard they are to install? I think the spare delete with flaps could look really cool. I also am leaning towards the standard mud flaps vs the classics, which seem to be much larger/longer. What do you guys think look better on my D90?

I installed the standard mud flaps. Like you, I felt the Classic were too large and obtrusive. The installation was very simple, watch PowerfulUK’s video to assist you. Taking my time and being careful, the first one took about 30 minutes, with each successive one becoming easier and quicker. It is a DIY job, no need to pay the dealer hundreds of dollars for something you can do yourself in less than half a day. Good luck.

I have the Classic Mud Flaps and I think they look great on the D90, especially with the wide fender arches. I didn’t do the install myself but my
installer said it was pretty straightforward. Charged me an hour of labor.

love to hear some feedback on the SWR. it appears you have to paint it. Is it just plastic?

i installed two sets of classic flaps. fairly straight forward but it definitely takes more an an hour to install
