I took delivery of my X-dynamic SE last week and noticed many missing options that are supposed to be STANDARD. I find it ridiculous that Land rover does this without adjusting the price or at least letting us know beforehand. Is anyone facing the same issue? How could we file a complaint?

some standard options I am missing:
- Interactive driver display
- 11.4 inch screen
- sunglasses holder
- soft trunk close
- Meridian surround sound system
- …

 

What happened with the sound system. My X-Dynamic SE order spec shows "025LN Meridian Surround Sound System", so what got installed instead?

 

were these items shown on your build sheet?

 

This is concerning. If the Meridian surround sound system, along with the interactive display and soft close rear door are missing and they are on your build order I might cancel my order altogether.

It is known that the sunglass holder and 11.4" display are not arriving on some....That I can live with. But no Meridian, no interactive display....No way.

 

Until I see a response from the OP, I'm calling bull$hit on their post.....sorry.

 

We just took delivery of our 2nd X-dynamic SE and this is what we've found so far that is different from our 2022 and from what we expected based on the build sheet we submitted:

-No 11.4" Screen
-No Interactive Driver Display
-No Click N Go on rear seats
-No USB on rear seats
-Rear seat mesh instead of pocket
-Seat design slightly different
-No Bright metal trim on steering wheel stalks
-No sunglasses holder
-No soft close rear door

I do seem to have the Meridian sound system though. Some of these are minor but the larger screen, and interactive driver display are pretty significant to the value and technology of the vehicle. I understand supply shortages impacting production but when some vehicles are getting these options and others are not, it does not seem like the price of the vehicle should stay the same. This just doesn't seem fair to customers, and is very disappointing. Is there anything that can be done?

So your build sheet stated no interactive display? Can you show a picture of what you mean by bright metal trim on steering wheel stalks?

To be honest, I'm glad my '23 came without the metal trim stalks. The demo I drove before ordering mine had them and in daytime sunlight they cast an annoying reflection on the windshield. The black tips don't.

 

My build sheet showed the interactive display and the larger screen. The photo above shows the bright metal on the stalks, the 2023 has black plastic.
