Yep - not sure if you can start a car with it but you can unlock the car if you've lost the only key and are looking for it!

From what I heard it’s an open recall campaign that hasn’t been fulfilled yet too. Delivery 7/7 with just one key here.

Picked my 2023 in mid July and still no second key. I'll call and ask what the status is this week.

Picked up my 23 back in June. Still no second key.
