Hello all, wanted to introduce our new silicone silver defender. We are happy with the color, just waiting on the running boards and the dealer to paint our tire cover. I learned a lot from reading information on this forum. I’m sure I will post some questions in the near future as I start driving it more. Thanks

Did you give JLR the paint code to your house so they could do an exact match? Crazy the two. The cherry on top would be some down lights like this:

Isn’t the an X ? Looking at the red calipers. Then again the hood isn’t black so not sure if the calipers are done post purchase though.

 

Thanks for posting pictures! I ordered an XS in Silicon Silver and have been dying to know how it really looks in person. From your shots, it looks like it just depends heavily on the light! (and really doesn't look much like the official Land Rover brochure). Now even more excited

 

Alex what is your delivery date? I also ordered an XS in SS.

Mine was built 4/20, dealer said he expects it the week of 6/20-6/25. I'm in Northern California. Fingers crossed!
