Default New Build - Options

Morning;

I have been reviewing all the threads (great info) but figured I would reach out for help....

So I decided to order a 110 SE or X-Dynamic @ MSRP from local dealer ...

Could you guys with experience tell me which options are a must and does it make sense to get the SE vs the X ?

I will be doing occasional light towing for now under 2k lbs (but possibly heavier in a year or so RV 6k lbs) and very limited off road..

As always, much appreciated ...

NNN

Not sure what comes standard on the various trim levels, but the extras I paid for and am very happy to have done so are: upgraded LED lights and fog lamps, towing package, off-road package (for the e locking rear diff), cold weather package (because I live in the NE), clear sight mirror, air suspension.

Wish I could have just ordered the X. Had to settle with the X-dynamic spec'd out close to the X coming in at 90k. Sucks I don't get clear sight or 11.5 screen. My dealer is charging 10k more over MSRP for X's and doesn't have as many slots.

I think each person is different, but I got the x-dynamic and love it. It was the model I wanted to start.

I have the blackout package, which is clearly cosmetic. So if you are into that- I think that’s a given. It was for me. I also wanted the dark grey dashboard bar. Again- absolutely cosmetic.

The key parts will be what you are doing with it. I think the wheel arches are a given, along with the mud flaps. Also, the off-road pack was 100% required.

I wanted the 3 zone climate as well, which I actually think is just cool overall.

keep in mind that I got someone else’s order, and somehow we share the same brain. So that had a few more items like the air quality sensors that I could give or take. Great option for sure, but I wouldn’t say mandatory. Also the interior upgrade package is nice, but I wouldn’t die without it.

I think that’s a solid build. My only addition would be the wheel arch protection. I think it makes it a little meaner and there is some protection there.

But if you don’t plan to offroad, I don’t see a reason for the offroad pack. You added the better tires, and that’s part of that.

I do 1000% like the larger touch screen. Noticed yours had the 10 inch. However, I think they made the larger one standard now? Might need to verify that. Chip shortages might be dictating what you can do these days.
