Default New Defender 6x6

So they cut it and it's gonna be 6x6. We're curious about this product.

I wonder how many warning lights will come on after that assembly adventure. Dashboard will look like a Christmas tree just in time for the holiday season.

Putting together the Lego Defender was enough assembly adventure for me.

I'd like to see the list of CCF files they will need to change!

Actually I'd really like to see the connection of the two rear axles to see how all 4 of those rear wheels are driven.

You know that scene in the "Grinch who Stole Christmas" where his heart expanded 3x it's normal size? That was my 10 year old brain when I saw those pics!! That put such a mad, juvenile smile on my face. I can't wait to see the final Frankenstein!

Interesting. It doesn't really look like they cut the original very much at all. Just removed all the rear bits and added to the unibody. Pretty clever not to compromise the original structural unibody. I see they want to just add another subframe assembly to the rear. I will be very interested to see if they actually will power all 6 wheels and how they do it or do they just hit the easy button the axle just idle along.
