Just picked up my first Defender!!!

Now, I have to wait a week, as I headed straight to get it XPEL Matte Full Body, Front Tints & Blacked Out Roof…..will post back in a week, when I get it back!! 💯

 

Congratulations. Tasman is beautiful. My 2022 110 P400 is Pangea Green. But you will have more enthusiasm if you post in the "2020 Defender" subforum, which is about the L663 (2020-2025) Defender. This one is about 1983 - 2016 Defenders. Easy mistake to make.

I came from the Jeep Team. Previously owned Wrangler, and most recently….Jeep Gladiator (which I traded it in for the LR…..not going to lie….it was hard to say good bye. lol)

 

I am definitely bias, but Tasman Blue is one of the best. Especially when dirty.

Some advice: you may want to buy one of the aftermarket upper rear bumper rubberized bumper protectors to protect your top of the rear bumper from getting scuffed. My X has a shiny silver one - and - very glad I did it when new.

I bought one on Amazon bc when I had mine nothing good was available - Works great. Been on there for years. This is the exact one I bought - I thought it would be cheap crap but it’s been on there, parked outside, hasn’t faded, it’s rubbery (not hard plastic) and it’s great. (also if you have a dog they can grip on it unlike the bumper)
