Hi guys, has anyone done this, I see a lot of packages on ebay, was wondering if the BF Goodrich package is good to drive on for everyday. And is the OEM Octa wheel satin grey? or 2 tone with some silverish face to it.
I got a quote for 5 wheel and tire package for close to $4000, would that be a good deal? Thanks guys
The OCTA Black Edition has wheels similar to what you have pictured:
The other available version in 20" (at least in 2025) has a polished outer lip with satin black inner
As far as price goes I was quoted $2,300 inc tariffs and shipping 5 wheels from China (with silver lip in 20"). Quality tires will be approximately $300-$350 each, TMPS sensors around $50 ea., then add mounting, balancing, shipping. IMO $4k is within reason. As far as tires go everyone will have an opinion as far as ride quality etc. BF Goodrich IMO makes a solid tire. You can go on TireRack.com and compare ratings as they have an excellent "Research and Advice" section. Example:

I believe those are the Iconisusforged wheels. I love the design, but I wish they would produce them with an offset closer to the OEM 20" wheels. The ones pictured have a 25 offset vs the OEM around 40, so they have more poke which I don't feel is needed.
The KO3s are LTs and are going to weigh quite a bit more than stock...an LT tire isn't needed on our Defenders. The BFGs have a great reputation but I've never run them...I'm a Falken AT3W and AT4W fan (I've had them on 3 different vehicles). The AT4W is available in a number of non-LT sizes...I would explore those options before going with an LT.
Forza will customize sizing...5 wheels (no tires) in matte black with an ET40 offset would run $2500 with $700 for ocean shipping or $1300 for air. 3-5 weeks for production, 4-6 weeks for ocean shipping, 1-2 weeks for air. Different offsets or wheel widths (for example, 8.5" width instead of 9") are the same price.
