this may be of interest; I have a 2021 P300 that came with 20" rims here in Toronto Canada; after purchasing a set of OEM defender 19" rims, I was able to get the 255/65/19 spec Conti winter contact tires also OEM spec.
after taking the car to my local tire guy, swap out the tires; the car was stuck. We ended up towing to the LR dealership where they found a piece of the break/rotor(?) was rubbing against the rims and made it stuck (we originally thought was a computer issue not releasing emergency brake)
when the head mechanic discovered the issue; me and my sales went to the different Defenders in the parking lot and realized the P300 (pic #1) with 19" and P400 (pic#2) with 20" rims had different piece behind the brake that was causing the rubbing issue (pic #3) on the 19" rims I installed
the mechanic originally told me he thinks its a weight balance of sort that may have been part of the brake system or lift system since my car came with electric lift. does anyone had this experience and does anyone know what this extra piece of metal is? looks like there is set screws that is possible to take it off. the mechanic is unsure what is it and the day was ending.
it was an very interesting day nevertheless we had to use dolly to get the car out of the garage.... thanks in advance everyone for the feedback, now the car is at dealership and they need to swap out the tires back to 20" all season ....

Yep. It's been covered here in other threads. Harmonic balancer of some sort. Take it off.

Actually, I think it's intended to be an ice scraper for the inner rim! Regardless, Land Rover installs it on vehicles fitted with 20" rims and removes it for 18 and 19" wheels, on both P300 and P400 engines. You can safely remove those blocks in a couple of minutes by loosening a single bolt or screw, fit your 19" wheels and remain fully compliant with the factory warranty.

Yes, for sure, ice scraper and mud scraper have been discussed as well. I think I saw harmonic balancer in a video by a LR tech but chances are good they don't even know.
