Paid but not delivered, the new strategy

Paid but not delivered, the new strategy
Hello everyone, can we please write here all the options that you were missing even though you paid for it. It would still be interesting whether Land Rover refunds or simply withholds the undelivered options?
I have the following missing options for MY2023 :
1. Clear Sight View
2. Tablet holder behind the driver/passenger seat including USB ports does not apply
3. 2x USB-A Ports are missing in the center
4. Solar Windshield
5. Matrix LED
its ridiculous how Land Rover treats customers here. The above missing options are from a Defender X Dynamic HSE MY2023

I think that the common refrain on this will be orders that are spec'd upwards as opposed to features being taken away from higher specs.. As an example, I bought a MY23 D90X added a few more items like refrigerator, cold climate, etc- which brought it in the 93k range- and it was all delivered... 2/22/22 build.

Do you want to count "standard" items in one MY that were then "upgraded" to the next MY as "options" and dropped? If so, add ClearSight and electronic Rear Differential. I would have paid, they would have added, no one asked. This was spring 2021 and it was during the MY21 to MY22 shift.

Free upgrades are great for the customer, but probably Land Rover is forced to do so because of the changeover to the model years. This is also in their own interest.
But what must not be, simply strip ridiculous usb connections on a vehicle over 100k or the tablet holders on the seats or a Digital Cluster….
The worst thing is, the customer usually sees it on delivery, It's almost a scam

And you are saying that you have line item options on your invoice that you did not receive but you were still forced to pay?
