I had to order my Defender almost sight unseen. I got Hakuba with X-Dynamic gloss trim, black Robustec/leather, white crossbar... I hadn't seen any of those options in person. I get it. It's hard. Hope it helps.

 

@_Allegedly - You're not kidding about being pulled over a lot! Before kids I was totally a non-drinker. I'm driving around 8 buddies in the van as the "designated driver". Leave a bar and immediately get pulled over. The cop comes close to smell alcohol, but not a bit on me. He tells me I was pulled over because my bumper was too high! I ask him if he has a tape measure and he replies that he "has an instrument to uphold all the laws of the Commonwealth." I just nod as he takes out the tape. I'm about 3/4" in the green. He said he saw the back and pulled me over for it. We start walking to the back and as we go I can hear all the clowns moving to the far back of the van and the springs start to groan! I still laugh about those guys. We drove off, them drunk - all of us laughing.

I did a LOT of dumb things in my youth. Heck, I'm still doing dumb things, but I doubt my marriage would last thru another purchase like that!

 

I like white letters on tyres.

The Goodyear MTR has certain sizes that come with white lettering. I was hoping my size would be one of them. 285 75 18. Unfortunately, it is not. Fantastic tires otherwise 🙂

 

Does anybody know how to actually add RWL to tires? White paint marker? Also, is it worth it on the standard off-road tyres.
I’m a mere simpleton with Wranglers, I know…
