Default Port Installed Options?

Is there a list of Port Installed options that are available?

Mine is on a ship on it's way to Canada then the US and the dealer said there is still time to add Port installed options like the roof rack, ladder etc. Wasn't sure if there was a more exhaustive list to show what they may be?

Thanks!

Here is the list of port install options for the 110. The 90 is very similar overall.

That is interesting that your dealer says they can add port install options while in transit. My sales rep did not add the mud flaps as I requested when I placed the order. I caught it too late and he told me that they could not add it once the build date has passed. He was confidently incorrect on several things so it would not surprise me if he was wrong with this as well.

This is being used as a tool for dealers to be able to make extra money. My dealer refused to add accessories at time of order, and tried to get me to put them through their service department prior to sale. I wanted mudflaps and fender protection. Mudflaps were 360 per pair for labor, and the fenders was 800 for labor. I bought the parts myself through their parts department at time of the sale, and installed them myself. Fender protection today took an hour, start to finish.

Some items are port installed with cheaper labor costs. Rack, ladder, raised intake, wheel arches etc are all dealer installed options. Either that or buy them yourself and do the install. Dealer installed options don't go on the build sheet. Port install do.

Lots of these items are straightforward to install. Watch the videos, take it slow, get some tools and your'e off to the races. Imagine PowefulUK's Simon is encouraging you with his soft spoken English accent.

My under-shield was port installed. A whopping $130 in labor. Yes please. I'll have that. It was on the build sheet.

OTOH Dealer was looking for almost $800 to install rack and ladder. Neither was on the build sheet.

I rented a UHaul (The rack won't fit inside the 110. I tried), bought a torque wrench and a few other tools that I'll use for plenty of things, and installed myself. Fun to do, you know it will be done right and you'll save yourself a bit of money. Total cost was about 150 including the UHaul.

The only downside, aside from the inconvenience (not a big burden but we all have our own perspective on that) is that I couldn't include the cost of the parts in the sale unless they were doing the install at the dealership.

Thanks this helps a ton.

I'm pretty handy and wouldn't be too afraid to do any of these installs if I wanted.

Right now I'm just pondering the wheel arch extensions, but it's a x-dynamic with gloss everything and the wheel arches being matte may not look the greatest? I'll have to do some searching here. I wasn't sure if the matte paint option was maybe a port installed wrap but looks to be factory.

The deployable side steps are amazing, but $3500?! Come on. I'll poke around here.. I found these:

$700 and I can install myself and they are already black.

Wheel arches were easy to install, and the Powerful UK videos are super helpful. Unfortunately, they only come in matte black plastic.

As for the matte wrap, I dont think I would trust the factory to do a good job, based on how well the trophy edition cars came out.
