Terrible manufacturer support or dealer just not interested?
My power sunroof stopped closing after 1 year of new ownership. Since that time the dealer has lubricated the track 3 times which seemed to work for about 1 week each fix. When in the vented only position, exactly 3 presses of the "close" button are required to close the roof fully. If the roof is fully opened, it will close on 1 button press. The dealer says they will replace the roof assembly.....1 year ago. Still waiting for the parts and yes, this is considered new car warranty.
The dealer has implied that i use the sunroof "more than average" and that this maybe my fault and doesn't seem motivated to fix the problem.
Anyone else have this issue?
