I have a 2022 Defender 110 I bought in January 2022. The app was finicky from the start and the remote start feature would sometimes not work but I got through the winter. I didn’t use the feature this summer and now that winter has arrived when I go to use the remote start I get an error message that the car is in use already. I’ve reached out from the app by email but got an auto reply and no response. I tried deleting the app and getting it again but same issue. So frustrating not to have remote start when it’s cold. Anyone know of a fix?
