I wasnt able to vacuum all of chewed foam.

 

As best i could tell, only foam was chewed.
not sure if this foam is for nvh or for wading stability (the other fenders foam pack is also ruptured at 20k miles.)
I wasnt able to get to all of the chewed foam and was faintly smelling burning plastic a few days ago( maybe foam???) The majority of the foam was resting on the airbox, wheel well cover, and cowl.
In the photos, the blue part your see is the outer covering of the intake piping that routes air from the side of the truck to the airbox. This foam is located above that pipe.
