Roof rack, ladder & side box now “dealer options”?

Can anyone that’s ordered a 2021 confirm that the the exterior accessories listed above are now dealer options and not installed at the factory?

That’s what I was told. Some may be port installed. If not you will need to pay the dealer install labor.

I was told those accessories only come installed from the factory if you order a pack. I didn't so I think I will be installing myself. At least some of the more simple add-ons.
