Thinking of one of these for my P400e.

Has anyone used them and does anyone know if to change is "plug and play" or does the vehicle need new coding?

Plug and play unless you are changing functionality (ie trying to add heated, different switch packs, shifter paddles, blahblahblah).

Does anyone know if you buy the Alcantara wheel they put on the V8's and install it on lower engines?

Yes but the paddle shifters need to be coded
