Source for painted wheel arches? (US version)

Source for painted wheel arches? (US version)
Anyone know of a source for the US market painted wheel arches, with the provision for side marker lights?
The only place I've seen them is Vulkan but they're the EU version. I've tried contacting them several times to see if they offer the US version and they haven't responded.
Is it possible to order them from LR painted, or do those only come unfinished?
If it comes to it I'll order them unfinished and have a body shop paint them, but I much prefer to buy them ready to go.

I too reached out to Vulkan but have heard nothing back.
Hunters Prestige has the UK/EU version too. Although they want to fit them for you.
A quick google/duckduckgo search threw up the following

Well that's a bummer. I guess I'll have to order a set and have them painted.
When people order an x-dynamic with extended wheel arches included (explorer pack?) does it come with unpainted arches?

Does anybody know if we installed the UK version would we get a position light error. As in since it is not connected, would an error be displayed. When a position light on our Volvo goes out we get an error.

Hello,
Thanks for getting in touch. We can supply the 90, 110, and 130 arches in
NAS spec refinished in gloss black - the cost will be the same as the
UK/EU/RoW versions on the website. The arches are available on a lead
time of 5-7 working days due to them being prepared on demand.
If you can give me the full shipping address, we will email a draft order
for the goods and shipping.

One question I'd have is what the finish will actually look like?
I've seen other providers take the plastic unpainted ones from JLR that have a texture to them and just paint over it. It doesn't look 'bad' but it doesn't have the smooth glossy finish as the rest of the body work. And that was less preferable to me than ensuring I kept the lights.

Still a hard pill to swallow. Is everyone else seeing pricing of $1200+ or am I looking at the wrong item?
Painted Gloss black over fenders are easily found for $500-600 without lights. Are lights really worth double the cost?
