OK, it does look better w/ a bold font, I added some Union Flags at 9:00 and 3:00, narrowed the tires as suggested and cleaned up the Defender graphics a bit.
This is in .PNG format which most places take but it's resolution is like 1456x1160 pixels so if you're going to do something big then SVG (scalable vector graphic) format is a better one to use.
If you want the SVG let me know in a PM (and you can edit the SVG to your liking in a vector graphic editor like Inkscape or Vectornator or whatever application you prefer) and I can send the .SVG file to you.
The "DEFENDER" lettering is a bit rough, I couldn't find a matching font to recreate it but if someone has a nicer version of the font I could fix that part up too.

Reason: Fixed the upside down Union flags
Taking out the DEFENDER logo at the bottom is easy, just crop it in an image editor or crop it out of the print area when you submit the image w/ whoever you end up using to print a sticker or whatever.
Here is one w/o the DEFENDER text and a transparent background (also as the image above fixed the inverted Union flags issue):

A bunch of the sticker printing services print onto a opaque white background so the black on white should work, but if you want to print it white on clear or some other color sticker material, here is an inverted image (higher resolution 3500x2789 pixels) on a transparent background:
Since it's white on transparent, it doesn't show up well displayed in this forum message (the background is white so can't see anything). If you save the file to your computer it should look inverted/good, this is how it looks in Preview on my Mac when I open the file. If you don't want the DEFENDER logo at the bottom (it looks odd inverted) or the Union flags then you can just crop the image down to the center bit:

OK, I'll email you a .PNG 3500x1789 sized inverted black on transparent background version as well as the .SVG version that you can scale to any size/resolution and go as big as you need.
