The auto access height on mine goes to the same as manually setting to access height, where the front and back are both even at the lowest level. I think the only way to make them different is to use the rear height adjust buttons at the back of the vehicle? What happens if you try lowering the rear height while it's in auto access height mode (https://www.ownerinfo.landrover.com/...roc/G2389201)? Or, as someone else said, maybe try manually going into access height and it should definitely be even. Also, if you go into off-road height is it even, or is the rear always stuck at normal height?

Did someone maybe use the height buttons in the cargo area? When I've tried them it seems they only affect the rear suspension. (See Rear Height Adjust in the manual). If you took something out of the cargo area and someone had pressed the adjust button you may have walked away and not noticed the truck's posture.

More about mine. It “sags” only in the front when I leave it at standard height overnight or longer. I also have a Johnson rods lift. At access height it stays and all four corners drop.

I can't believe they gave you that BS..mine does the same thing overnight. went to dealership,(had many issues, radio, camera) manager at service said it could be normal, so I checked all the defenders on their lot and found one that did the same. it seems each dealership have their own excuses. 2 weeks later mine would not even go into access mode, software update fixed it, and they said the front would no longer go down, it didn't, but since returned...the keyless entry has now quit working.

Drive it a few miles, press it to full height and full low then check again. Like someone said, the rear height adjustment must have been pressed. It happened to me too. So I don't touch the rear height button anymore. All is good for me.

I tested the rear buttons on my 2020 110 S P300 yesterday. Wow news to me. Did everything exactly as stated in the manual -- it even lowered the nose automatically to keep the front headlights from shining too high. Did all the adjustments with the power off -- worked fine --- did not expect that. Must be the reason for the big, silver, pressure tank shown in some of the pictures in the rock slider thread.

It was kind of weird to see the front button control lights lit as off-road and normal height simultaneously. And yes, the rear stays at what height you left it. Did not time out and revert.

A useful feature to load the rear, connect to a trailer without having to crank the trailer down, disconnect without having to crank it up, and helpful to level the roof for a flat-floored tent. Not something needed, but maybe useful.

No. I thought the button in the cargo area to adjust the rear height and I pushed it to down. And the issue is still.
