if you have this screen you have both the center and rear locking differential. If you only have one Green button you only have the center locking differential which every defender comes with.

Yep.
Put the vehicle in auto mode and leave that screen on and go drive a gravel, snowy or mud road -- hill and dale -- and you can see when and how their clutches engage and how much.
