Hi, love your build. I have the Carpathian 110. for some reason i didn't get the blue calipers....i think i want to do that exact color for all wheels. I am planning on buying it and working with BODEN in Irvine, CA. Which shop did you go with?
a bit of advice to save some money. order the kit directly from Miltek USA which is Urbans US dealer.
no tax or shipping charges. get the shop to paint and install. i installed me urban fenders last month, not the best fitment but they look good.

I got quoted a price for labor install by one of the shops that they recommended. I was shocked that they wanted to charge me $7500 for labor alone! if this is bolt on products , wouldnt it be possible for any body shop to install?
they will need to be painted. they come raw plastic. They are glued on and Urban provides the glue. They have to be fitted perfectly like the oem fenders or they will lift in certain areas. my installer said it was a bit of work but i didn’t pay anything near 7500

I have the Urban Automotive kit on my 2022 D90 Carpathian Edition. It’s an original kit, purchased through one of Urban’s distributors here in the US.
I basically have the full Urban kit, save the Roof Light Pod. The total kit ran about $11k with shipping, plus another $3k for installation. Overall I am VERY happy with it and I feel like it has transformed the look of my Defender. I receive a ton of compliments wherever I go.
Overall fitment of the kit is excellent. I would NOT recommend the inexpensive knockoff parts from AliExpress or eBay. I heard fitment and finish quality on some of those parts are very poor.

I have a similar question - can you get away with doing the arches with the stock 20” rims? Also, I’ve noticed some of the Urban arches extend high into the gas door area while others fit lower. I would prefer a lower fit being able to show more paint. Did you have that option?
