V8 Dynamic Mode... Possible to set to always turn on with car?

Default V8 Dynamic Mode... Possible to set to always turn on with car?
Anyone know if there is a way to have the car default to Dynamic mode when it turns on? I wasn't able to find an option for this...

Also, is there a way to configure the settings of Dynamic mode? Looking at this video of the RR with Dynamic Mode, looks like there are a lot of options I couldn't find for the Defender...
