Some people work to live, and some live to work....
Europe in general, has a different mindset than US.

Wow, I thought this was a Land Rover Defender forum, where people come together to share thoughts and ideas, not a Karen forum. Maybe just too much caffeine in the morning. I have dealt with, purchased from, and personally spoken with Chris and only have good things to say about New Defender Parts. I purchased my side steps, which look amazing, and several other products from him. Everything I have received has been top quality, arrived promptly, and my conversations with him have been most pleasant. However he runs his business is his choice, and I will not hesitate to engage with him in the future, and this being a free market society, everyone is welcome to conduct their business however, and with whoever they choose. Enjoy, I’m going for a pleasant drive in my Defender, smile on my face.

Agreed! Each to their own - Chris runs a tight ship and I will continue to purchase from him for a long time - his customer service and quality of parts is top notch.

All the best,

All the best,
What is his shipping time to the US? There are a few things I’d like to purchase! 👍

Well, I was going to ask ... but apparently I am so late to the modern linguistic party that the definition of "KAREN" is everywhere:

In any case, I again learned something else new on this forum .... thanks !!!!

Enjoy !

Yeah, not to offend any real Karen’s out there, but I felt the need to come to the defense of Chris, owner/operator of New Defender Parts. I have ordered from him numerous times, spoken with him on the phone and had great experiences with his service and his friendliness. Some posted comments about being surprised or taken aback that he would choose to shut down his Instagram account and put the business on hold for a bit, but that is his choice, for reasons we don’t need to know. The ‘Karen’ seemed logical at the time.
