Second that! After reading a 4wd duning article, hashtag sendit... I switched off my DSC on the beach thinking that I needed momentum and DSC would get in the way. After braking to a stop (rookie mistake) I ended up digging in my LT tyres to the chassis because the car couldn't address the fact that I was spinning wheels in the deep sand. Trust the electronics.

Minor tip (but I was happy when I found it):
If you use the touchscreen for the heated seats (not the dial or not just the dial), you can set the heat for only the backrest and not the seat cushion. I wish it would save this setting (like my wife's Range Rover). I have to re-set it every time, but I'll take it!

@Parukas - JLR tells you to change it at 20k miles. That's likely towards the end of any warranty period for many folks. Long term wrench monkeys, err I mean Land Rover fans don't trust that. As well as many other vehicle wrench monkeys. Rats - I meant aficionados. Many folks go ahead and change it at shorter intervals (some say 5k others 10k) because they want to err on the side of caution. You can do an advanced search and see many interesting posts where people smarter than me (well, that's a large group) have done oil analysis. In almost every case, those oil nerds will tell you - don't wait that long. If you do change it yourself, get REAL precise because they use magic elf blood (or rather put in an additive to their special oil) that is a marker. If not present when you have an engine problem - its all on you. So use the exact proscribed oil.
I'm reasonably sure that you will be good with their recommendations, but I'm in the "not taking that chance yet" category. Good luck whichever way you go.

Just crossed 10k miles on my 90. Driven on highway, country back roads as well as off roads. No mud flaps and no chip no scratches on mine.

I have found it easier and more convenient to use voice commands, via the button on the bottom left side of the steering wheel. When I want to raise or lower the fan speed, instead of pressing the fan button then the fan speed control, without taking my eyes off the road, or hands off the steering wheel, I press the button with my thumb and say, ‘lower the fan speed’, or, ‘increase the fan speed’. Small tip, but I use it frequently.
