What's your favorite thing you've done with or to your Defender?
Ok, you've likely had your Defender long enough now to put a few tanks of fuel into it. What's your favorite thing about it? Or what was the best thing (within SFW guidelines) that you've done in it?
I'll start: Love driving it to work and parking it when all eight of the Bronco's at my office show up at the same time.

I had to make a stop at a client's office that is in a large parking garage. The place was jammed with cars with limited spaces that stated compact only. But there was a couple of space that said "Trucks over 7 feet in height". They will ticket you and even tow you if you are not 7ft. I pulled into a spot, hit Offroad height, and walked to the elevator
1. I have not gotten stuck, even driving it off-road in any weather. (My winch is lonely.)
2. Pirouetting against a tree using the rock sliders is cool and useful.
Probably all the terrain it's opened up to us to play in.
Standout trip was probably driving up into our local ski runs a week or so before the season opened in December was great fun. We had the whole valley and a good foot or two of fresh powder to ourselves.
Favorite addition is probably the rear table. The rack and ladder I added are great too but I consider them part of the stock Defender
One memory so far that I think back and smile about was one of the big snowstorms we got slammed with this winter. I was coming back home after grabbing the morning coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Everyone was out shoveling their driveways and were stuck trying to dig out their tires because the town plows left us all well over a foot of ice and snow piled in front of the driveway. Doesn't matter if you have a plow contract or just shoveled it yourself, the towns plow comes around and hits the reset button for you. Anyway, I put the air suspension into off-road height and just drove right over the whole mess and parked it. I said to myself, well that solves that problem. +1 for air suspension, Worth every penny.
I would say that as time goes on, I'm loving the utility of the Defender. It meets all the random - dog hauling, gear hauling, towing, stowing, airing up and other needs that I'm finding REALLY useful! Just got a roof tent and headed out west for a long camping trip this summer!
