also, you fender most likely will start lifting. if you don’t fix it before it starts lifting you should bring it back in when it does. it will be evident that it wasn’t installed correctly

you prob need some extra clips as they are one time use

This is exactly why I call out JLR for what they have become. It is unacceptable that the wheel arches have that much of an overhang and that their own damn install instructions admit it.

@Ehloo is giving great advice. I would recommend ordering a package of these first: https://www.powerfuluk.com/vehicles/...nder-2020.html. Some have had success with other versions, that's up to you. Personally, I'd place the order and then when they came in (usually ~5 days) I'd do what @Ehloo recommends. At the same time order the 3m tape from Amazon. It is HARD as "crap" to peel off the red protective cover, but that just leaves me with the impression that it will hold "just right". It's a quick job to fix. Likely your biggest PITA will be removing the trim tape from the extensions. Someone else will have better advice on the best way to remove it. I would just do the whole deed before it got hot or cured for too long.

I would recommend you make sure your surfaces are really clean using Isopropyl Alcohol and then use 3M adhesion promoter as well
