Default Wheel Protection Arches Free!!!!

Hi Defender owners!!! So I have a 2022 Defender 110XSE. It came with all the bells and whistles! Including upgraded off road wheel protection arches! Now that may sound exciting to some of you but…I don’t personally need to go off road! I just love the car! So I don’t care for the wider matte arches as it gives the truck a way more rugged appearance. So Ive been trying to find the basic standard wheel arches!! Near impossible to find!! So I had the bright idea to post in forums to see if anyone with standard wheel arches wanted the wider off road ones! Then maybe we can take our cars to the same service dept and swap wheel arches!!! I already priced Land Rover Southbay will do it for $412 each. We would both save on buying parts and only have to cover the labor!!!! So who’s interested?? Im in Los Hi Defender owners!!! So I have an odd post!!! I have a 2022 Defender 110XSE. Aren't the basic standard wheel arches underneath the optional ones?

$400 BTW is outrageous. This, after spending $800 just for parts? I'm hoping someone comes up with aftermarket affordable DIY options soon.

You pull off the basic ones and the larger ones snap into the same place where the basic ones were.

$400 is just for labor to put the arches on. They want $1800 just for the standard parts!!!! I can’t imagine how much the parts are for the wider upgraded ones I have. Thats why I was trying to find someone to swap with me!!
The standard ones were removed and replaced with the upgraded ones. I wish the standard ones were up under there.

Aren't those only around $300 or $400 for the set?

I dont think they are that expensive. Do you have a part number. I have found some online ranging from $80 to $130 per piece. Not sure if front and rear are the same size or not.

Yeah similar to what I am seeing. Not sure where $1800 comes into the picture anywhere.
