Default Where did HSE trim go?

I have a ‘20 HSE…been lurking on the LR website and HSE is MIA.

what does X-Dynamic even mean?

is that the replacement for HSE now?

I would say the X is closer to older HSE

Our 2021 is an HSE. Ordered the exact same HSE features on our 2023 by starting with an X-Dynamic SE and adding options. X has more features than an HSE like the two-tone interior and painted brake calipers.

HSE (high spec equipment) was removed a couple years ago in the US due to component shortages. It's still available in other markets like the UK.

Top US trim was downgraded to SE (standard equipment).

HSE is mostly comfort/lux features where X-Dynamic is more of a cosmetic package with upgraded interior trim and exterior trim to make it look more like an X. They could be ordered separately or combined. I did both.

So done with the whole black trim and black/gray wheels look. Found the X-Dynamic package unappealing as a result....

Nether package determines wheel color.

Exterior trim is black either way. It's just basic black textured plastic on base models or Narvik gloss around the wheels and doors, with black tow rings, satin bumpers, etc. on the x-dyn.

X-dynamic has a black roof...in my opinion (of course), lending itself to the black/gray wheel option as well. Silver wheels just will not look right. not a fan of the two tone black interior either...Again, to each their own...!

X-Dynamic had neither black hood or black roof. Not sure what you mean with interior but my isn't 2-tone. I think you're either looking at X (different) or X-Dynamic package has changed dramatically in 2 years?

Ragtop, I agree with Allegedly. You need to spend some time on the defender builder. Your assumptions are a bit off base. Roof color is based off of packages and wheels colors are your choice. No two tone in x-dynamic. X and above you get that. At least last time I was on the builder. No sure yet on the new 24 builder.
