Will the Steelies Rust?
As they’re steel I assume they will eventually, but how long should they be expected to go before showing signs of oxidation?

They are prone to rust, the balance leads at the outside course in that area very quick corrosion and the stamped centre to the rim also.
I did have them painted by my bodyshop and the balance leads are inside now, better for offroad also.

ln the U.K. nobody seems to want the steel wheels, but l think they look great on my Tasman Blue 90 Commercial
l bought a set of five brand new "take off" steel wheels with tyres for U.K.Ł600 which l will keep as spares.

That will only rust if the steel is exposed. I ceramic coated mine and touch up nicks. And steelies are worth the effort!!

Yes they will unless you are able to prevent any scratches or nicks that would cause the steel exposed to the element.
