I have a 2020 and downloaded that manual. It does have NA and ROW instructions.
HOWEVER, it is a pretty poor document to work with. There is no linked table of contents or index. Within the document it will reference different sections (e.g., see 501-008) and be underlined, but they are not links. And searching for the section shows all the references and the one actual target.
If you are interested in info about your vehicle is can be useful, but its use is very cumbersome.

try "radiator" "engine cooling" and I'll try to look later too. It's definitely in there. I've seen it before.

I got my L663 Defender workshop manual from workshopmanuals.org, and it’s been a reliable source. I saw the one from easymanuals.co.uk, but I wasn’t sure about its completeness, so I went with the workshop manual I got from workshopmanuals.org instead.
The complete shop manuals for the P300 & P400 are both available on this forum to download.

I’ve bought a few digital manuals over the years, and some of those cheap sites are hit‑or‑miss. A legit workshop manuals for the L663 isn’t usually that cheap, so $20 makes me suspicious. Sometimes they’re just repackaged PDFs pulled from who‑knows‑where. For the Defender, most of the global documentation is the same, but North American models can have slight differences in emissions and wiring
