1. You know a dealership with the Bosch DOiP tool. Pathfinder on a laptop, and team viewer it can be done but it’s an extra 500 to do it by teamviewer so and we. Need a powerful Dewalt battery tender hooked up to the car then yes it can be done remotely. Your also going to have to bribe some dealerships employees.

Isn't the OP the same guy who posted about this several weeks ago? That thread got taken down since it violates the TOS of the site (no advertising in this forum). He also flipped out at a few people and then claimed he was just joking.
