I'm not sure which one your talking about but higher spec Defenders in the USA & ROW offer and include Adaptive Cruise Control and Dynamic I Mode. My 2020 HSE came with adaptive cruise control and all V8 and 007 Defenders come with Dynamic I mode USA & ROW.

Again these are options already in the defender, tested approved and OEM. They just turn them off.

Interactive display? You mean the all digital instrument cluster dashboard ? Or the Alpine 11.4 inch navigation screen?

There was and may still be a digital dashboard on Ebay and the odometer is tied into your bcm so its switchable with the analogue dashboard. Its been on there for the last 6 months. Google Partslink or partslient ebay and then search for the defender.
(I got the upgraded angel eye DRL lights, the center console and center cooler/freezer/ and fog light wiring harness from them!)

Go to Facebook there is a New Defenders owners club that just started last week and there are about 800 members on there. They are setting up a group buy where I will fly out if they get 10 owners for New York to guarantee 1k each or 10k total. Join the group buy.

See you in New York!

Too bad there's nothing on the East Coast, would be a fun gimmick to have.

Is it purely the loading screen or are there other features? Rocket passenger seat?

Is there any chance something like this might work?

Just throwing it out there. If you could figure this out your customer base would explode.

The PartsLink team also has all the parts for an eDiff. I'd jump on it, but I'm not as brave as others. I figured as soon as my warranty lapses, that's the first thing I'll do. I had NO problem shaving my brake calipers, but I'll wait a bit longer before I try it. However, if you have a 2020 or have more risk tolerance, you can get almost all the eDiff parts in one purchase!

I added the ediff to my 2020 HSE after delivery. My dealership said since everything was oem it was covered under warranty. I also paid close to 5k for parts and labor for install. (Parts link the parts for less than 3k.)

I cant do that or offer that through my company, but it can be done and there is a great company who will do it remotely if you want to hire me to use my tool when he does the programming. His company is in the UK and is called Lr Retrofits. https://lr-retrofits.co.uk The owner is a great guy.
