X-Dynamic HSE vs XS Edition

X-Dynamic HSE vs XS Edition
Hi All,
First post here and about to order a Defender. I have been debating between X-Dynamic HSE vs XS Edition (UK) and would like your honest view.
I would like the all black look (similar to 007 movie) and the close I can get is on the X-Dynamic with Black exterior pack. I will prob keep the OEM 20"s in Grey as I want the Offroad tyre (am I right it has the homologation for snow driving/ie: insurance covered for winter too?) and don't see a need to pay extra for black wheels on the same size.
The XS edition works out about £4k cheaper though!! (and worth noting with 7 seats, the XS despite being cheaper has better residuals over time) I would go with the lighter interior, would prefer full leather in Oyster but that is only available on the standard spec.
For the X-Dynamic it is Oyster with Robustec (not sure I love Robustec), and on the XS it is Acorn (again, prefer Oyster)...Neither perfect here... On the XS I would probably get Santorini Black and then paint all the silver details, badges, bumpers and wheels for the all black look(not seen one yet like this).
For either model I am debating the wheel arch protection on the all Black car.
I would welcome views and probably as you can note, I was looking for a less rugged more luxurious interior based on my use which will be long travel/journeys (1100 km/700 miles on a day) with occasional dirt/snow/alps drive.
Thanks
