My 2022 X-Dynamic SE 110 in Yulong White w/black spare tire cover. Hard to tell from the pics, but I changed out the OEM badging from the standard silver to black lettering.

 

Yeah that's going to look mean, look forward to seeing your pics. I prefer the rugged off-road style Defenders but I haven't been on a dirt road in 30 years.

The 90 in this video looks like Eiger gray. Gorgeous color. Can't believe they discontinued Eiger and Hakuba for MY25. I looked recently on the US configurator and there's no replacement colors for either one.

I just saw a Silicon silver 110 today, really unique, fantastic color. My first choice was Silicon, then Eiger, but there were none of them around anywhere so wound up with Hakuba.

 

I was on the US build and price today just to see what colors were available, I had not realized Yulong white was discontinued till posting this thread about the spare covers.
Seems if you want a V8 you better like black. That was the only exterior option on the 90 or the 110 v8.
I went to the dealers inventory there was Fuji white 110 with a v8 , the 90 they had was black I the other 4 110 v8s were all black as well .
Did they really cancel all the colors for v8 defenders except black? I sort of left the build and price website thinking it was malfunctioning or something was wrong with it.

 

The Octa wheels and Falken AT tires got installed today.

What do you guys think?

Are they wider? Looks like it but I can’t tell from the pictures.

 

‘I took off 275/45R22s and the new tires are 275/55R20s. So by their stated size of 275 wide no. However by the actual spec for the tire I chose its spec says it’s 11.1 wide which is closer to 285mm 11.2 is 285mm tire. So yes they are wider than the 22s I took off. About 1/4 inch wider .

 

I have a Yulong white V8 being delivered this week -, and I was looking for a matching spare tire cover. Like the OP, seems impossible to find, but they do (or at least did) exist. I was looking at a different 2023 V8 in Yulong and it has the tire cover in matching white and the original window sticker called out "body color matching spare tire cover" as an option. so maybe it was something they painted at the factory if you selected the option, and that is the only way to get it.

 

Sorry to hijack, but a question here.

I just picked up a 25 in Fuji, and had a dealer paint the cover Fuji white for me. When starting very closely, the wheel cover seems a warmer, creamier white than the vehicle. It’s been explained this is normal as the material of the cover is not the same as the body of the vehicle, and even with the same exact paint code, different materials can make colors appear slightly different. They’ve offered to have me bring the cover back. When I look online it seems Fuji whites with a wheel cover have a color that is just slightly warmer in general.

Thoughts?
