Hey Sam, I am local here the the Heartland! We have a few other locals here and we do run out to turtla creek ORV in Manhattan KS would you be interested in a hike over there? Also have you replaced your front drive shaft? Is your truck a recent purchase or???

 

I live North East of Kansas City, have been down to Kansas Rocks Offroad Park a few times, but have not been to Manhattan, KS. To offroad. I have been talking to a few Rover owners about trying to put together a Land Rover Club in the area.

My rover is a recent purchase. I am planning on make some modifications to it shortly. I am out of the country Jan, Feb and part of March, but I am looking to get dirty this spring.

I live in South K.C. and would love to get in on some trailing/club with you guys. I have a 95 Disco lightly modded by previous owner. I'm a novice Rover/offroader and would love to get advice on mods and wheeling from anybody. I'll pm you also lr2001silver.

I live in Olathe KS, i dont take my Disco out much, but i have a 91 Wrangler that's done up Jurassic Park Style. I take it to Tuttle Creek or Kansas Rocks. I also have access to a rock quarry in DeSoto that makes for some awesome light off roading.

 

That rock quarry sounds interesting. Can people go there at night?

 

I tend not to just because i'm not super familiar with it, alot of places to get your ride trashed in a hurry if you're not careful. It's nothing gnarly, but it'll get ya dirty.
