Has anyone been out to the Ocala national forest or Hardrock off road park in Ocala?

Want to go there. I'm in Fort Lauderdale. I was planning a trip to lazy springs recreation park for October 30

 

I got talking to the guy who runs the Florida Landrover Club FB page, they have a rally at citrus that weekend!

Hard Rock is a great place! It can be as advanced as you want.

Also FLRC is doing their Fall Rally in Citrus this year, 70 miles from Orlando. It's my favorite place!

I've been to lazy springs and it's really fun. Not too big tho. I want to go to Devils garden and see the trails there. Both are under 2 hours from Fort Lauderdale

 

It's the end of October, I'm 80% sure I'll be there, can you make it?

 

Oh wow, I didn't realize it was that far! - Yea the highway routes keep you close to the coasts

I'm growing steadily more jealous of the trails and public land access in places like Colorado, Utah, etc. I think a move may be in my future...
